We offer one-stop Indonesian and Filipino helper packages—whether you're hiring overseas, local ready or need renewal processing—all essential administrative fees are included. No budget surprises.

We've combined the needs of different families into four value-packed packages. The fees below are standard reference rates; actual costs may vary slightly with specific helper experience and latest consulate policies. Please contact our consultants for accurate quotes.
1. Overseas Helper Package
For families not in a hurry, who want first-time or specific overseas experience.

Matching & Interviews
Unlimited CV screening and video/in-person interviews, with objective background reports.
Consulate Contract Attestation
Processing employment contract attestation at the Philippine or Indonesian consulate in HK.
Hong Kong Visa
Processing and payment of work visa fees with the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
Overseas Processing & Training
Includes OEC/OWWA and other exit fees, plus pre-departure domestic and language training.
Overseas Medical Check
Arranging government-approved pre-departure medical examination in the home country.
One-Way Flight to HK
Economy one-way ticket from home country to Hong Kong (excl. direct hire and renewal).
Airport Pickup & Registration
Meet helper at airport, assist with HK ID and consulate registration.

6-Month Discount Replacement Guarantee
If your helper underperforms or leaves early within the first 6 months, you can select and process another overseas helper at 20% discount.
First-Year Insurance Discount
Hong Kong law requires employers to buy labour insurance for helpers. We can arrange comprehensive helper insurance (outpatient, inpatient, dental, repatriation) with exclusive first-year discount for our clients.
Local Medical Check Referral (Optional)
We strongly recommend a local HK check-up after arrival (hepatitis B, syphilis, pregnancy test, chest X-ray). We provide clinic referrals at fair rates with no markup.
Fee FAQ
What extra costs besides the package?
Our packages cover all standard admin and processing fees. Employers only need to budget for first-year comprehensive labour insurance and optional (but recommended) local HK medical check after arrival.
What if the visa is rejected?
If rejection is due to the helper's personal reasons (e.g. health, undisclosed record), Yee Bo will either process a replacement at no extra cost or arrange pro-rata refund per contract terms—zero risk for employers.
How do I pay? Can I pay in instalments?
Typically 50% deposit on signing to start processing; balance due after visa approval and flight confirmation. We accept cash, bank transfer, FPS and cheques.
